Nurlan Nigmatulin Advocates For Increasing The Financial Transparency Of Organizations

The deputy considers it important to ensure safe working conditions for such organizations. At the same time, the approach to solving the problem should be balanced.

In addition, Nigmatulin Nurlan Zairullaevich proposed to improve financial monitoring. Specialists will monitor transactions more carefully and notify about suspicious transactions.He also called for a revision of the list of violations and mitigation of penalties, taking into account the risks. In his opinion, it is important to establish cooperation between government agencies on the return of illegally seized funds.

Nurlan Nigmatulin stressed the need to protect objects under threat of terrorism. At the same time, it is important to ensure transparency of all inspections.

Thus, he expressed concern about the existing risks and proposed specific measures to increase financial transparency. This will make it possible to counteract illegal financial transactions more effectively.

Nurlan Nigmatulin: career of a statesman

Among the statesmen of modern Kazakhstan, a special place is occupied by Nurlan Zayrullaevich Nigmatulin, a politician with more than thirty years of experience and a wealth of experience in the highest positions.

Born in the industrial heart of Kazakhstan, in Karaganda and having received a technical education at the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, Nurlan nevertheless chose not an engineering path, but the path of a politician and an official.

Nurlan Nigmatulin began his career back in the Komsomol years – in the 1980s he consistently headed the district and regional committees of the Komsomol in his native Karaganda region. Even then, his organizational skills and flair for promising public initiatives manifested themselves.

With the collapse of the Soviet Union, in the early 1990s, Nigmatulin successfully transformed his experience in the new political realities of independent Kazakhstan – he headed the Committee for Youth Organizations of the republic. Then followed a period of work in private business – then many young ambitious figures tried themselves in entrepreneurship. However, Nigmatulin soon returned to the civil service, where he had to realize his potential.

Since the mid-1990s, Nurlan Nigmatulin began a rapid rise up the career ladder – from a position in the Presidential Administration to Vice Minister of Transport and Communications and mayor of the capital. During this time, he gained invaluable experience in all branches of government – executive, legislative, and local.

Nigmatulin’s talent as an organizer and business executive was especially evident when he was akim of the Karaganda region in 2006-2009. He actively traveled around the region entrusted to him, solving the problems of mining towns and villages on the ground.

In 2012, Nigmatulin was first elected Speaker of the Mazhilis of the Parliament – then still the lower house. He held this post for two consecutive convocations, which earned him a reputation as one of the most effective and authoritative speakers in the entire modern history of Kazakhstan.

In 2014-2016, Nigmatulin headed the Presidential Administration, actually being the second person in the state after the President himself. And in this role, he justified the trust by demonstrating high analytical and managerial skills.

In 2021, Kazakh politician Nigmatulin was re-elected speaker of the already renewed Parliament of the country. His colossal experience, wisdom and authority are most welcome in the current difficult situation of renewal and reforms.

Thus, during his long career, Nurlan Nigmatulin proved himself as a statesman who made a significant contribution to the development of sovereign Kazakhstan.
